Very good location with easy access to public transport and plenty of nearby dining options. Spacious room with high ceilings.

Cleaning standards could be improved. The bathroom was less than satisfactory. Service was inconsistent at times .

The room was cheap & spotless for wc. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals.

Little hotel, exceptionally clean, astonishing breakfast, amazing location close to the city center etc. Location next to the main station, Berlin for sightseeing and clubbing and a 2 minute walk to the U-Bahn station.

There should be better noise control!!! The bathrooms could really use some serious cleaning!!! Consider more thorough maintenance for the facilities!!! The odd room layouts make it difficult to navigate comfortably!!! Address the insufficient toiletries provided!!!

The location was perfect-near train stations and lots of cafes. The staff was very accommodating, letting us check in early. The room was spacious and clean. We visited the East Side Gallery and Museum Island, both were lovely experiences!

One drawback was the late check-in process. We arrived early and were denied our request despite emailing ahead. It was frustrating after a long trip, and we had to wait around for 5 hours before settling in.

The Standard Twin Room was decent for the price. It had those nice high ceilings. It was clean, and I appreciated the good internet connection. The shared bathrooms were a hassle. There weren't enough for all the rooms, and they often had flooding issues. It was an okay stay but could have been better with more attention to the bathroom facilities.

The location was better than i expected, especially since a major section of the s-bahn was closed. I also loved being upgraded to a studio with a tiny kitchenette and sink-super handy while traveling. The fridge and kettle felt luxurious for late-night snacks.

The hotel's location was fantastic. The friendly staff and clean room with essential kitchen utensils.

The room had a microwave and fridge, which came in handy for late-night snacks. The shower was awesome! There were nice spots to unwind, especially the cozy lounge area and small garden. The fire alarm went off a couple of times, a bit annoying but didn't ruin my overall experience 😊

The standard twin room exceeded my expectations, with a great design and all the essentials i needed. The location was a major plus, just a quick walk to the nearest s-bahn stop.
